With Fashion Week just around the corner, the last thing we need to be thinking about is food right now. But chancing upon this flight of fancy posted on Racked has our stomachs growling. The item in question—a Christian Louboutin cake from Ruthy's Bakery in Chelsea Market—combines two of our favorite pastimes...drinking and fashion, duh. We put in a call to Ruthy's to see how much this high-heeled creation would cost, but the nice girl on the phone said she'd have to get back to us. Don't worry, they have our number.
