With hooded parkas styled over pink dresses, Peter Som‘s fall 2011 collection exuded fifties ladylike charm with a touch of tomboy. Bright pops of cerise added freshness to the long lengths, while gorgeous all-over sequin dresses and trousers mixed up more traditional looks. Som collaborated with Charlotte Olympia for statement shoes, including neon-tinged pointy-toe pumps and ankle boots. Hairstylist Eugene Souleiman created big bouffants, while MAC’s Tom Pecheux kept the skin clean so the lips popped.             |
