Launch787 & Cypress Vanguard are excited to announce that the Launch787 Courtyard will be available for events during South by Southwest 2011!

AVAILABLE DATES: March 11-20, 2011

LOCATION: The Courtyard is located at 606 E. 3rd St. in downtown Austin, Texas. Just one-half block from the Convention Center and the Hilton Hotel. Approximately 3 blocks from the Levi's Fader Fort. All downtown venues are easily walkable from the Courtyard. Map here.

SESSIONS are available in 3-hour blocks plus setup & breakdown. Sessions are as follows:

MORNINGS: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. Setup may begin at 8:00 am and breakdown complete by 1:00 pm

AFTERNOONS: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Setup may begin at 1:00 pm and breakdown complete by 6:00 pm

EVENINGS: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Setup may begin at 6:00 pm and breakdown complete by 11:00 pm

VENUE RENTAL FEE: $750 per session (multiple, back-to-back session discounts may apply depending on needs. The VENUE is defined solely as the outdoor Courtyard space. Cypress Vanguard (a fashion retailer) will be open for event-goers to do some shopping, but is not available as part of the rental fee.

RENTAL FEE INCLUDES the following:

• Pop Tent setup (only for expected bad weather; does not cover the entire area)
• Tables (3 banquet size; 3 cocktail)
• Chairs (about 35)
• PA (3-channels only, other PAs may be brought in if necessary); ONLY ACOUSTIC music allowed or DJ spinning.
• Bar setup (does not include alcohol, mixers, non-alcholic beverages, ice, napkins or cups. Does include coolers)
• Access to one indoor bathroom
• Other basic amenities like trash cans
• One Launch787 employee onsite to assist with setup, breakdown and any issues that could arise

CAPACITY: 150 comfortably with the outlined setup

ALCOHOL: This is a NON-LICENSED venue. Alcohol may be given away, not sold. Non-alcoholic beverages may be sold on-site.

FOOD: Food is allowed onsite, but must be setup in the outdoor Courtyard area. It is up to the renter to determine needs regarding temporary food permits.

PARKING: Parking is unavailable on-site, but the venue is one-half block from the Convention Center and is easily within walking distance of all downtown venues. There are paid parking lots within 1 block of the venue.

PROMOTION: Events open to the public will be promoted through the Launch787 database (36,000 subscribers). This is included in the rental fee.

BOOKING: Booking of food, alcohol or entertainment is NOT included in the rental fee. If you would like Launch787 to assist in these categories, we are able to based on needs. An estimate of costs will be sent on request based on requirements.
